Another Recipe with Garlic: Garlic Mayonnaise (French)

Background
This is another recipe with garlic,but in french style. This can drive away not only vampires,but germs and diseases too. Can be served with soupes,bread,snacks and meals.So try and enjoy.

Ingredients
Serve on fish soups and stews.
1 1/2 cups white bread, cubed
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 large egg yolks
1 cup olive oil
a pinch of saffron or turmeric
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste

Method
Soak the bread cubes for 10 minutes in just enough water to cover it. Squeeze dry. Grind bread, garlic, salt, peppers, egg yolk, lemon juice, and saffron in a food processor for 30 seconds. Add oil in small quantities and churn until the mayonnaise thickens. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Healthy Chutney (Reduces Cholestrol)

Background
This is the recipe of a special chutny which if taken with every meal will reduce Cholestrol and Blood Pressure to a considerable Extend. It helps digestion and purifies blood also.

Ingredients
Onion -1
Garlic -15-20 cloves
Green Chilly - 4
Ginger - one inch piece
Karipatta - as per tasle

Method
The ingredients have to be put into the mixer and made into a consistent paste. Add salt only if you must,and add as less as required. Otherwisw saltless chutny is more effective. Have this with each meal and see the difference.

A Recipe To Combat 'CHIKANGUNIA'

Background
Chikangunia has become a dreaded disease due to its epidemic nature and the deaths caused by it. But the fact remains that it is not so dreadful for people with good immunity. So to combat Chikangunia you have to maintain and enhance your immunity.
Garlic and Ginger are used by Indians and Chinese through ages to enhance immunity. Below is a simple recipe with these ingredients which can be used in place of chutney or as side dish.

Ingredients
Garlic -20-30 cloves
Ginger - 50 Gms
Pepper corns - 12-15
Red Chilly - 6(Or as per taste)
Salt - to taste

Method
Half burn the red chillies on the flame. Crush the pepper corns with a pestle. Add these to other ingredients and grind to a paste. Add salt to taste. Keep this paste in the refrigerator and take one spoonful with each meal. This enhances your immunity if taken regularly for a long time.
