Background
This is the recipe of a special chutny which if taken with every meal will reduce Cholestrol and Blood Pressure to a considerable Extend. It helps digestion and purifies blood also.
Ingredients
Onion -1
Garlic -15-20 cloves
Green Chilly - 4
Ginger - one inch piece
Karipatta - as per tasle
Method
The ingredients have to be put into the mixer and made into a consistent paste. Add salt only if you must,and add as less as required. Otherwisw saltless chutny is more effective. Have this with each meal and see the difference.
